Abstract length

  • Provide an author-written abstract of no more than 100 words.
  • Articles should be between 6,000 and 9,000 words in length, including abstract, references, notes, tables and appendixes not designated as online supplemental material.

  • Please use the word processing program’s endnote function; do not create the notes “manually”.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in a standard editable format such asWord or EndNote.
