Abstract length

  • Provide an author-written abstract of no more than 300 words.

Competing interests

  • Clinical Trial: This should explain that all work was conducted with the formal approval of the local human subject or animal care committees (institutional and national), and that clinical trials have been registered as legislation requires.

Authorship and originality

  • Be informed that by submitting if any dispute arising out of or in connection with the submitted / published manuscript cannot be amicably resolved, all authors agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan for settlement of such dispute.
