Article type and manuscript length

Language and text style

  • Because we accept submissions in US English and British English, the American Heritage Dictionary (5th ed.) should be consulted for spelling in US English and the Concise Oxford English Dictionary should be consulted for spelling in British English.
  • It should also include at least one distinct paragraph that discusses the findings of the research and its practical applications and/or implications using simple language.

Statistical reporting

  • Statistical significance should be reported using a single asterisk (*) for results that are significant on a 5% basis and double asterisks (**) for results that are significant on a 1% basis.
