  • Please do not embed figures in the manuscript file.

Language and text style

Article type and manuscript length

  • Manuscripts should be compiled in the following order: title page; abstract; keywords; main text; acknowledgements; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages); figures with caption(s) (as a list) for the initial submission.

Manuscript structure

  • The title should be no more than 12 words long and section headings should be concise.
  • Authors must retain full records of the methods undertaken, including full descriptions and records of the prompts used, which must be shared with the journal upon request.
