- Please do not embed it in the manuscript file but save it as a separate file, labelled GraphicalAbstract1.

Article type and manuscript length
- In the main text, numbers one to ninety-nine should be written out in words; higher numbers in numerals.
- Short quotations (up to about forty words in length) should be run on from the main text and given in double quotation marks.
