Abstract length

Keywords

- Review: Under no circumstances shall reviewers use the texts under review, or any parts thereof, in prompts submitted to artificial intelligence generators, as this would violate confidentiality and the author’s proprietary rights.
- If the use of artificial intelligence generators without proper disclosure is suspected in a submitted text, the editors shall take steps to verify and clarify the matter, including using appropriate, secure detectors based on artificial intelligence models.
- The journal’s editors shall not use submitted texts, or any parts thereof, in prompts submitted to artificial intelligence generators (except in the situations described in the following point), as this may violate confidentiality and the author’s proprietary rights.
- If reviewers suspect that artificial intelligence generators have been used in a reviewed text without proper disclosure, they shall notify the editorial office and shall not independently examine the text using tools intended for that purpose.
Other submission requirements
- A research paper should not exceed 30 standard pages (55,000 characters, including spaces), and reviews – 10 standard pages.
- Authors using specialised or untypical fonts should also submit them separately (.ttf,.otf files).

- Texts should not be formatted, e.g. by using different font types, spaced-out (instead, bold should be used).
- Texts for the current volume (annual) should be submitted by the end of December of the preceding year.
- Any use of AI technology must be transparent.
- In any such case, these materials must be clearly described.
- The description must include the name of the tool used, the date the material was created, and a description or characteristics of the input data.
- Each graphic element should be supplied in a separate graphic file, in one of the following formats: tiff, jpg, xls, pdf (or other appropriate one), with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (with a base of at least 16 cm).
- Authors are required to make corrections before the text is typeset in the ‘change tracking mode’ If the corrected text is not submitted within the deadline, it will be moved to the next issue.
- If there is the need to correct or supplement submitted texts in accordance with the reviewer’s comments or suggestions, authors have 30 days to do so from the date the comments are sent to them.
- The use of AI systems should comply with the following principles: Compliance with applicable law, including intellectual property law, personal data protection, and the right to privacy.
- Submission Guidelines Manuscripts that do not meet the instructions set out in the Submission Guidelines will be returned to their Authors for correction.
- Only consecutive paragraphs need to be indicated.
- Missing the deadline for sending back the corrected text means that the text shall be published in the original form.
- Any corrections submitted by the author after the text has been typeset requiring the text to be re-typeset shall not be accepted.
- AI technology may serve as auxiliary tools in independent scholarly work, but they do not constitute a substitute for critical thinking, personal reflection, or a creative and individualized approach to the subject under analysis.
Figures, tables, and media
- The text file should not contain any included illustrations, maps, plans, diagrams or other graphic elements, but only the places marked for their insertion.
- In a separate file, captions for the elements and a detailed description of the sources (with numbering consistent with the file names) should be included.
Authorship and originality
- AI-generated materials that are not properly identified shall be treated as plagiarism, with all consequences provided for in the journal’s editorial policies.
