Abstract length

  • Abstract: The abstract subheadings should be arranged according to the article types.
  • Keywords: Each submission must be accompanied by a minimum of three to a maximum of six keywords for subject indexing at the end of the abstract.

Reference style

Title page and author information

  • Use an abbreviated version of the title.
  • To ensure that the use of generative GAI systems is explainable and auditable, authors must verify the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated visuals and clearly describe the GAI methodology used in the manuscript.
  • For example, if mentioning a Discovery St PET/CT scanner produced by General Electric in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, the information should be presented in the following format: "Discovery St PET/CT scanner (General Electric, Milwaukee, WI, USA)." Providing this information helps to ensure that the product is properly identified and credited.
  • GAI tools cannot be accepted or listed as authors in academic or scientific studies.
  • GAI tools cannot create the scientific content of the study.
  • GAI systems cannot be listed as authors.

Reporting guidelines

  • Include or confirm the reporting guidelines required by the journal. Articlo checks this item and flags anything that still needs author input.

Artificial intelligence disclosure

  • Interpretation of findings, discussion, and conclusions must not be delegated to generative AI.

Authorship and originality

  • GAI has no authorship or evaluative authority; scientific publications must be based on the researcher’s original ideas and findings.

Article type and manuscript length

Language and text style

  • GAI may be used for language editing during manuscript preparation (and this must be clearly stated in the article).
  • The abbreviation should be provided in parentheses following the definition, and it should be used consistently throughout the paper.
