Abstract length

  • Provide an author-written abstract of no more than 250 words.
  • Keywords (3-5 words) must be listed below the abstract.

  • To create a graphical abstract, authors must submit an original image that accurately reflects the content of their paper.
  • To maximize the impact of the graphical abstract, authors should ensure that the image has a clear start and end, reads from top to bottom or left to right, and contains minimal clutter.

Reference style

Figure and table rules

  • Group figures at the end of the manuscript.

  • Use “Figure 1 XXXX” for figure title and use “(g).

  • CMYK format should be used for color figures and the resolution of the figures should be higher, but the overall size should not be larger than 2 MB.
  • Each part should be labeled with an uppercase letter for each figure component (e.g. Fig. 1C) and a single number for the entire figure group.

  • Tables should be created using the “Table” function in Microsoft Word.
  • Please do not use Excel to insert tables as figures.
  • Table captions and contents in the tables must be written clearly.
  • Numbers and table headings must be placed above the table.
  • Footnotes must be placed below the table; these may be used to explain abbreviations.
  • Vertical table lines should be avoided; horizontal lines should be used to separate topics from content.
  • Figure legends should be listed at the end of the manuscript following the Tables.

Funding statement

  • Include or confirm the funding statement required by the journal. Articlo checks this item and flags anything that still needs author input.

Competing interests

  • Add or confirm the author-written Conflict of interest statement; Articlo flags it if author input is still needed.
  • If Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools have been used in any part of the manuscript preparation, authors are required to explicitly declare this under the Conflict of Interest section.

  • The image size should be at least 1328 x 531 pixels with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi, and the font used should be Times, Arial, Courier, or Symbol with a large enough font size.

  • If citing more than two author, the first author must be cited and followed by et al. For example, “… High level of Oct-4 gene expression was discovered in blastocyst (Nganvongpanit et al., 2006)”.

  • All AI-generated outputs must be carefully reviewed, validated, and approved by the authors.

  • Authors must ensure that: All information is accurate and free from errors or bias introduced by AI.
