Abstract length
- Provide an author-written abstract of no more than 250 words.

- All references and notes should be compiled in a single, complete numbered list, under the heading, Notes.
- Each reference must include the names of all authors.
- Titles to be abbreviated in the text should be indicated as such in the first (full) reference to that work.
- Each reference should include author, title, number of volumes, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, full page-range for articles or chapters in books, volume number and page number.
Figure and table rules
- Keep every figure and table numbered, captioned, and cited in the manuscript.

- Each table and/or figure must have a title that explains its purpose without referring to the text.
- Each table should have a descriptive title and an appropriate heading for each table column.
- Color illustrations will also be considered for print publication; however, the author will be required to bear the full cost involved in color art reproduction.
- Brief biographical details of significant national figures should be outlined in the text unless it is quite clear that the person concerned would be known internationally.
- All legends should include full information in the following format: Author, title of work, date.
Funding statement
- You should declare only the acquired funds and grants that are directly relevant to the work reported in your article; for example, This work was supported by the [Funding Agency #1] under Grant [number xxxx]; [Funding Agency #2] under Grant [number xxxx]; and [Funding Agency #3] under Grant [number xxxx].
Ethics statement

Cover letter

- Please do not use et al. An ampersand (&) should only be used when listing publisher names.

Manuscript structure

Language and text style
- Chicago Manual headline style should be used for titles of books and articles in English: e.g. The Return of the Native.
- Punctuation of common abbreviations should follow the following conventions: e.g., i.e., cf.
